Dr. Sudha Radhika

Dr. Sudha Radhika is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad, specializing in AI/ML applications. A dedicated mentor, she guides students and professionals through research projects, Ph.D. studies, and industry collaborations. With expertise in digital twinning and predictive maintenance, she has led high-impact research, securing international funding and patents. She spearheads AI/ML-driven projects, including tornado speed estimation, aerospace structure life estimation, and smart system applications. Dr. Radhika collaborates with leading institutions such as RMIT (Australia), Tokyo Polytechnic University, Hiroshima University, and Utsunomiya University (Japan) and has worked on projects with BOSCH. She is also the co-founder of Yantraayush, a startup developing hardware and software solutions for machine lifetime estimation. Through her mentorship, she empowers engineers and researchers to drive innovation in AI-driven engineering.
